Clinical Massage
Whether injury, acute or chronic pain, pre or post surgery, or just tension we use a variety of techniques to assist the body in healing. This is not a full body massage but rather focused on the area(s) that are in disfunction.

Sports massage
Similar to Clinical Massage but with the focus of aiding the body in recovering from or preventing injury, preparing for the next event, or maintaining soft tissue health and suppleness.

Therapeutic Pregnancy Massage
This type of Pregnancy Massage is again similar to a Clinical Massage with a focus on reducing pain, tension, trigger points, and swelling related to pregnancy as well as preparing the mind and body for labor and delivery. By using Muscle Energy Technique (MET) we are able to help relieve pain and tension in the low back as well as that associated with the pubic symphysis. This is not typically a full body massage but can be depending on tension in the body.

Infant and Pediatric Massage
Whether its helping a baby with colic(and teaching you how to do the massage), or Lymphatic Drainage to help with immunity or getting over a virus, or a child with tight, painful muscles, we love working with kids of all ages!

Hot Stone Massage
The ultimate in relaxation massages! This is a full body Swedish type massage while using basalt stones that have been in a hot water bath. This is not just having stones placed on you. We hold the stones in our hands as we massage your muscles. Not available at this time.

Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) utilizes microcurrents of electricity that run at the same amperage as your body so you won’t feel it. Though in the same category as a TENS unit, these machines are able to change frequencies to affect different conditions (i.e. inflammation, scarring, etc.) in specific tissues (i.e.- nerves, muscles, connective tissue, etc). Depending on what we are treating, we may use tens pads, warm, wet towels, and/or PEMF pucks.
